Written Notice of Cancellation
Registrants for 91吃瓜 events agree聽to provide 91吃瓜 with written notice to cancel their registration. To receive a refund,聽mail or e-mail聽written notice of cancellation to:

Refund Schedule
- If written cancellation notice is received by 91吃瓜 15 days or more prior to聽the event聽start date, 91吃瓜 will refund the amount of the registration fee paid to date, minus a 25% service charge.
- If written cancellation notice is received by 91吃瓜聽14 days or聽fewer prior to聽the event聽start date, or no written notice of cancellation is received by 91吃瓜, 91吃瓜 will not聽refund the registration fee, and will bill the registrant for any amount left unpaid to date, based on the applicable fee at the time of registration.
- If you must cancel your registration because you were unable to obtain an entry visa in time to attend the event, 91吃瓜 will refund the full amount of the registration fee paid to date.
